16oz can. No dating information found.
Cloudy, unfiltered, pale gold colored body. Two fingers of white head, and this collapses to an extended and high ring. Leaves behind wide, irregular horizontal lacing bands.
Aroma is orange and lemon drops. Other good floral and herbal scents.
Taste is sweet lemon drop, together with sweet pine and orange sherbet. Dank from the pine and vegetal vines. Even keeled throughout.
Medium mouthfeel. Clean and slightly drying finish. Good carbonation.
Not similar to a legacy West Coast IPA but has a good balance of sweet to bitter. Does not get too fruity, too sweet, nor too soft. Finds a safe spot between a bitter palate wrecker and an expression of overripe fruit.

They call this "Unfiltered West Coast Style." It's rather hazy amber in appearance with lots of lacing in the Het Kapittel chalice. Clean taste, however, and sprightly with bubbles. Luxurious aromas of peach and honeysuckle. Taste is quite fruity and malty with distinct touch of sweetness. Flavors of mango with orange peel in the finish. Moderate bitter aftertaste. Overall this is a sweeter style of IPA but the hops do their best to provide some balance. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Not dated.
