Pours a beautiful straw color with a bit of suspended hop haze and a creamy white head that provides ample lacing. The ubiquitous dank citrus notes that I associate with Citra-Mosaic hopped WCIPA’s dominate the nose, with tangerine, mango, and passion fruit aromas leading the way.
Nicely bitter tangerine and passion fruit flavors lead the taste, with some mango and a bit sweet oats for good measure. The mouthfeel is medium and bracingly dry, making this WCIPA and easy pounder. Such a pleasure to drink.
