Poured from 16oz can into a dimpled mug. No date on the can, though I picked it up at the brewery not too long ago.
Appearance: pale golden hue with a moderate haze and a finger of frothy ivory foam.
Smell: lightly sweet aroma wtih a good combination of pine and orange peel from the hops. A classic combo, and well done here.
Taste: quite like the aroma, a classic combo of a moderately sweet maltiness and some dose of orange peel and pine. It works for me … a good rendering of a historic WCIPA.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and a good creaminess, particularly for the style.
Overall: solid WCIPA. Color me impressed.
