Hazy yellow in the tall glass with plenty of foam. Quite spritzy on the tongue. More substantial mouthfeel than you'd expect for the low alcohol. efreshing watery quality.

Rather bitter finish. It's definitely a Pale Ale with the herbal hop intensity. Slight malt note. Kind of murky. A little citrus aromatic flavor, but mostly the hops. Probably shouldn't drink the last couple inches, there is a lot of sediment that stirs up a bitter yeasty taste.

Nice, light and very enjoyable. Floral aromatics and a crisp taste and finish. Not overly hopped. But they do show through nicely in the finish.

Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours a light golden amber with a half finger white head that dissipates to patches, leaving wispy lacing. Aroma of caramel and light biscuit malt, light citrus, mildly floral hops. Flavor is light bready malt with hints of biscuit, grassy and citrus hops with a pleasant light floral note, quite sharply bitter; finishes with a lingering grapefruit and orange rind hop bitterness. Light to medium bodied with active carbonation. A pleasant light pale ale that is hopped to play with the big boys. The malt is mild, but just substantial enough to support the suprisingly high alpha hop element here. Nicely done for a 4.1% ale.
