Poured from 12oz bottle into a tulip.
Appearance: medium golden hue with a moderate haze and only the tiniest amount of foam. Carbonation on this one seems very, very low.
Smell: lightly sweet with a candylike tartness. Not much character other than the light sour, but still nice.
Taste: malty with a moderate tartness and a bit of a grassy character. The overall effect is subtle but welcome; I like it. Kind of like tart malt candy.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good smoothness and absolutely zero carbonation. Perhaps intentional?
Overall: this is a nice wild ale. I would probably love it if it had even a modicum of carbonation.
