Ironically, this wheat beer is clearer than the pilsner. It boasts a very strong spice component but of a light, fruity variety that rolls smoothly across the palate. Nothing piquant or peppery here. The presumed inclusion of orange peel lends a candy quality with a taste along the lines of vanilla cream. The aroma too runs strongly in this direction. This is perhaps overplayed to the extent of creating a novelty beer. But itÂ’s worth a try. And the mouthfeel is as fat as they get.
