This seasonal pale ale showed a creamy head held aloft by exuberant carbonation. It delivers formidable citric hop flavor with a modest floral aroma and seamless lace. Spring Fling scores well as an on-target pale ale that's not shy on the hops, though if you're a style purist, it perhaps stray into IPA territory.
