A special cask of Snipes IPA dry-hopped with some different strains of hops that the brewer wanted to experiment with. The beer poured a pretty orange with a bit of an amber hue. The beer was very still, typical for cask beer.
A very nice blend of hops greet the nose. Citrus and pine battle upfront with some floral notes lurking in the background. There's not much of a malt foundation for those hops to climb on, but I didn't miss it. Those hops continue the battle in your mouth, and I found the citrus to dominate the battle.
The body was decent, but perhaps a touch thin. Drinkability was good, depending on your tolerance for hop wars.
