Served in bubble pint glass. Poured a clean, clear orangeish-gold color with no head, thus no retention or lacing. The aroma was a very subdued blend of pine and floral hops without a noticeable malt profile.
The pine and floral hops were also very gentle on the tongue, but there was a bit of a citrusy finish. Again no real amount of grain or malt showed through. The body was fairly typical for the style, perhaps a wee bit too thin. Drinkability was OK, the beer went down smooth and easy. Overall, a decent but not exciting brew. It wouldn't be my first choice, but why not give it a shot?
