A: Poured a nice, light orangish golden color ,a little bit of haze with a nice white cap, great lacing and loads of bubbles

S: Wow. Big tropical fruit notes with orange zest. very nice.

T: Nice immediate but managable bitterness with orange zest, light lemon and a fresh tropical fruit basket. The bitterness lingers start to finish with fruits conitnuing, a slight bit of oils but still very much clean

M: Light to medium body, moderate hop bite, loads of flavor ont he palatewell carbonated

O: Hands down one of the best ISA's I have had. Big nose, taste and drinkability all in one. Snipes crushed this beer. Bravo!

On tap at the Red Hot the other night.

The beer pours a peachy orange color with fairly good head retention and light lacing. The nose is attractive in this beer, showcasing white pepper, light pine and considerable dry citrus. The flavor profile replicates the noes, and considering the abv. (the RH menu indicated 3.8%), I was impressed by the amount of flavor this beer delivers. There is just enough malt to balance the consideable hoppy bitterness in this beer, and the finish is long and quite hoppy/bitter. Mouthfeel is light and a bit thin, but given the abv., that's pretty much to be expected. Still, considering the abv. in this beer, I found this to be a very enjoyable, easy to appreciate IPA.

Not bad at all...

On tap at the brewpub in Sunnyside, 5.19.12 and The Beer Shoppe, Yakima, 5.17 and 5.18.12.

A bit of chill haze, straw yellow body, multiple streams of quick rising bubbles, above average lacing after dissipation of pure white head. Lemony esters, almost pithy, some pine notes aroma-wise. Taste mirrors nose, a bit lemony, as it warmed threw some nice pine resin on the back end. Mouthfeel on the light side of medium, decent effervescence. I was really surprised to find out this was only 4.2% ABV, a lot of taste for such a low alcohol. A session IPA to be sure, though could have used some sweeter citrus to balance out the pronounced lemon notes.
