Had on tap at the brewery in a typical pint glass.
A: Black with a foamy brown head. Beautiful.
S: Not unlike Créme Brûlée from southern tier. Lots of vanilla, which is always nice. Also some coffee and dark chocolate, but vanilla dominates the nose.
T: Vanilla roasted barley and dark chocolate. It's a bit bitter, but it's a nice stout-like bitterness.
M: Full bodied, creamy and kind of smooth.
O: What you would expect from a good vanilla stout. Worth a pint, but you can try it for less than a dollar of you're skeptical.
