Had on tap at the brewery. Served in a typical shot glass. Only 95ยข for a sample. Some places charge a couple bucks for that.
A: Black with a creamy brown head.
S: Roasted barley, dark chocolate and coffee in the nose. Pretty typical of a stout, not super complex.
T: Chocolate is the most dominat flavor, but there's also a good amount of coffee and roasted barley in there.
M: Full bodied and less than smooth.
O: A good example of a stout, not served on nitro. More complex than a Guinness, but not strong like an imperial stout. Worth a try or a pint.
