Tasted as part of a taster flight at the brewery. Served in a mini-globe glass. The waitress described it as kettle-soured.
Clear, with gloden color and little head. Sharp sour lemon-like aroma. Flavors remind me of a moderately sour lemon soda; little malt or other flavors. Thin to medium body; low carbonation; no alcohol presence. This is a bit one-dimensional, but is a fresh, crisp sour with no flaws. It was the first sour beer ever tried by a friend who was with me, and he very much enjoyed it.
