Poured a light yellow, clear with no chill haze. Small white head, and mininal lacing.
Aroma had hints of lemon and honey. No hop bouquet.
Flavor was tart, and hints of citrus. Slight hop bitterness in the end, with a slight bit of white pepper.
Light bodied ale with a good level of carbonation.
