Straw to golden in color with light to medium body or mouth feel, medium malt flavor, medium to high bitterness and low to medium hop flavor and aroma.
This is our lightest beer available year round, higher in carbonation than most our beers and filtered to resemble most of the mass-produced lagers that people are familiar with, but with more character.
25 IBU

On tap at the Montgomery Road location.
22oz serving. Gold color, medium-sized white head. A good deal of lace.
Sweet malt, fresh aroma. Mild hops.
Sweet, breast taste. Citrus and piney hops. Both the aroma and taste were a little muted.
Still, this was a crisp, refreshing beer.

Intriguing taste at first mouthful. I thought it was green chiles. But more like toasted brioche-- what is that flavor? Popcorn and capers? Quite acidic and such a distinct nose. Green grape jelly? Quite bitter, very thin body. Like a slimmed-down Pale Ale. Way too hoppy even for a Pilsener, I think, but intriguing flavors. Light color, nice appearance in the glass.
Had this one at the Santa Fe Il Vicino tap.

Off the tap this beer was a pale gold color with good clarity. The head was white and thin, retained well and left consistent lacing. The aroma was subtle, pale malt and dry grains. The flavors were excellent for the style, crisp pilsner malt, dry grain, hints of yeast and lemon. The finish was tight and refreshing. The mouthfeel was creamy, the carbonation perfect and the body light/medium. Quaffable and terrific for pairing with food.

A: At first it looked light and almost clear but in the right angle of light it does look golden and does have good lacing.
S: It had aromas of cooked caramel, lights fruits, and a sweet sugary smell.
T: Tasted like a white buttered and toasted bread with a slight bitter and sweet taste all balancing together to provide a good experience. The aftertaste was of floral hops but it didn't stick around for long which was a bummer
M/D: Had a light feel that was highly carbonated but smooth textured on the tongue. It was very drinkable especially with the awesome dinner that came with it. I will definitely recommend this beer and will order it again myself.
