Served from the tap in a small nonic glass at the brewpub.
When one pils just isn't good enough, you put another one out there as well. This one pours a clear brass topped by a finger of dirty white foam. The nose comprises grass, light flowers, mild cereals, and mineral water. The taste brings in more of the same, the vague notion of some lemon peel in there. Maybe. I think. I dunno. The body is a hefty light, with a light moderate carbonation and a liquid feel. Overall, a nice enough pilsner, nothing much really going on. I think I prefer the Loki's more, but this one's drinkable enough to mostly work.

Golden body with a frothy white head. Pilsner malt and spicy/grassy noble hops for aroma and flavor. Light body, pleasant carbonation. Overall, it's a straight forward & average American brewed German Pilsner.
