Served from the tap in a small nonic glass at the brewpub.
They do be into the whole Nordic aesthetic here, don't they? Anyway, this stuff pours a clear amber-brass topped by a finger of dirty white foam. The nose comprises mild bread, light orange peel, mixed greens, and a touch of dried caramel. The taste brings in more of the same, everything coalescing into something akin to an English mild or bitter. I'll take it. The body is a light medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a liquid feel. Overall, a decent little red, nothing close to special, not all that red (to be perfectly frank), but something fairly drinkable nonetheless.
