330ml bottle, poured into glass
A - orange/brown, hazy, pours a reasonable white fizzy head.
S - Smells are mainly fruits (mango, mandarin), with a hint of sweet malts
T - crisp malts and some honey at the beginning, the grassy and sweet honey of a pils arrives in the middle, then the fruity citrus bitterness works in way in towards the end. The is a grapefruit like sourness to the finish.
M - oily texture, thin bodied, moderate carbonation.
O- different to the pils I was expecting. The citrus notes, bitterness and slight sour flavours made for an interesting sip. While there is nothing outstanding about this beer, its well balanced and would be a good session brew for the upcoming summer months.

Pours a light golden hue with a two finger head and clingy lacing here and there, the smell is grains, grassy herbal hops and also stale pub,the mouthfeel is light bodied creamy with perfect moderate carbonation and has tastes of honey, grassy herbal hops, grains, lemongrass and finished dry and neutral, overall its pretty average and i couldnt see myself buying this anytime soon cheers.

330ml bottle purchased from Slowbeer in Melbourne. I first tried this beer, I believe, at the SBB brewer's dinner at Bloodwood in Newtown during Sydney Craft Beer Week. This is a revision.
Well, it is indeed über pale, pouring a very light gold colour, with some solid hazing. Head is a fine film of white, sitting consistently, but not persisting that much. Carbonation is powdery and fine. Some lacing when tilted. Overall, it's a good looking beer.
Nose is mild and light. Slight grainy characters, a bit of rustic funk, but very minimal hop character, which is disappointing for a pilsener—perhaps just a slight grassy overtone, or something a bit herbal. It's pleasant and light, though, and that's not bad for the style.
Taste is clean and fresh. Mild grain characters, with a pleasant overtone of apricot and some clinging sweetness on the mid-palate. On the back, it drops out nicely, leaving a dry, clean finish, with some lingering fragrance. Really, it's very light, fragrant and tasty. It has some pleasant flavours, but stays true to its stylistic roots. Nice stuff.
Very drinkable, light and tasty. I'd be very happy indeed to have this as my regular drinking session brew. It's well-made, clean, light but very pleasant, with some real interest to it. I really like it. Bring on more craft lagers!

Pours gold/amber with a fading head.
Faint aroma. Apple juice, Ribena. Thats about it. Somewhat off-putting.
Some of the juice transfers through as a flavour, but not as prominent as in aroma. some bready malt underneath.
Carbonation is too high.
Something's gone wrong here...
