Light "green" citrus aroma with a distinct and obvious feijoa note. Very light lemon-like tartness.
Clean, light amber colour with no head. Light effervescence.
Good, clean feijoa flavour with additional notes of pineapple. There is a moderate lactic sourness but the lactic and acetic sourness could be higher. It also lacks the Brettanomyces driven funk that I love in good lambics.
With a moderately-light body and moderately high carbonation it is good but it could be just a touch drier.
This is a good, approachable fruit lambic. True sour-heads will find the funk and sourness underwhelming.
