355ml bottle. 4.5% ABV when exported to the Great White North, it would clearly (clara?) seem.
This beer pours a slightly hazy, pale golden straw colour, with one finger of shiny and foamy off-white head, which leaves a low berm of broken seashore lace around the glass as it steadily, and surely, recedes.
It smells of bready, indiscriminate malt, with orchard fruit tendencies, and grassy, leafy, and floral hops. The taste is sweet, tame biscuity, bready malt, very sedate, aged lemon fruitiness, and more languid leafy, dead flower hoppiness.
The bubbles are a bit peppy, but nothing more, the body an adequate medium weight, with a weird, subtle clammy essence, one which doesn't impede smoothness, but does a number on the open-ended finish, the one without a balanced soul.
While not a bad beer by any stretch of the imagination, there just isn't the crisp sassiness present, or even any ephemeral evidence of it, that one expects from such an endeavor. Sad, that, as this displays an otherwise strong evidence of knowledgeable brewing prowess. Keep at it, mis amigos.

It is a pale amber coulored beer, with very little white foam, it shows almost no carbonation, no debris or retention
Slightly sweet aroma
Tha flavor has a sweet touch at the beginning, which leads to a slight extended bitter final.
Light body, very refreshing, an ideal thirst quenching

Once served in my glass "Bayern-Pilsener":
A: Bright blond color, few bubbles and a white collar of foam, lacing is very poor;
S: Sweet malt, lightly smoked, also some hops with pine essence;
T: Smoked malt and herbal hops, doesn't prevail any ingredient;
M: Very fizzy and neutral, mild bitter with an acid finish and light body;
D: Not a bad beer but i don't recommend it.

The stoy behind this beer is very interesting.
It is said, that someone from Cervecería Minerva went to visit the Jesus Malverde chapel in México. Jesús Malverde was a modern Robin Hood. He is now a unofficial saint revered by the big drug dealers.
It is a nice pilsner style inspired beer. With a golden color that pours almost no head.
Fresh smell citrics and condiments.
Mouthfeel is good, but it could handle more weight, drinkability is high specially for a very warm day.
