Nice bomber bottle I picked up in a trade. German/Mexican style holiday brew.
Poured nicely into 15oz goblet, caramel brown, a lil murky.
Great smell, almost smell Belgian candy sugars
Nice taste, really full of flavor, some banana, brown sugar.
Good carbonation on this brew
Very impressed again with another Mexican craft beer!

Este estilo Dunkel Weizen Bock es una cerveza con mezcla de malta de cebada y con una cantidad importante de malta de trigo. Color oscuro y sabores con notas ácidas por la malta munich.

Esta cerveza está hecha por varias cervecerías: Minerva, Primus y otras.

Apariencia: Cerveza oscura, color ambar profundo con concentraciónes en marrón y dorado viejo. Corona de espuma dorada, amplia con mucha retención.

Aroma: Notas frutales como plátano y frutos oscuros. Sutilidades a malta tostada y caramelo con toques del alcohol.

Sabor: Agradable sabor tostado, con acidez marcada por la malta munich tostada. Notas frutales a plátano y frutos oscuros como ciruela, pasas, frutas maduras o golpeadas. Retrogusto a lúpulo amaderado muy sutil.

Sensación: Cuerpo alto con alta carbonatación.

General: Una cerveza interesante, agradable, muy disfrutable para quienes les gusta la acidez de la malta munich o viena en la cerveza. Es confortante por la cantidad del alcohol que tiene.

24 fl oz bottle
untraslucent caramel brown colored liquid, 3 finger light beige head, dissipates quickly, nice top ring, little lacing.
nose composed of roasted malts, dark fruit, caramel.
palate same as smell, nice bitter contrast, bit boozy
full body, creamy texture.
very thick creamy texture, nice palate, bit boozy, surprised me a lot i liked it.

A: deep amber almoust brown, completely cloudy, the head is good in a tan color, with average retention

S: a little bit of wheat, small esters, dark fuits but some rotten fruit aroma is also perceptible, some etanol at the very end

T: alcohol notes, some tart, chocolate malts, some etanol on the aftertaste
