I got this beer a few months ago from my brother in law who had his holidays in Italy. Today we set up the christmas tree and i thought this would be a good beer to start the sunday with.
Poured in a small Struise glass the beers looks a bit watery, very light yellow, Fluffy head with bigger bubbles and some lacing. Smell of citrus and soem herbs like koriander. Very little carbonation.
The beer is quit good to be honest. A bit flat but worth while

330ml bottle
A- Light gold colour with just a bit of hazyness. Soft, delicate two fingers, huge-bubbled white head. Retention is not very good but lacing definitely is
S- Sweet fruity (citrus, peach) and flowery notes. Quite subdued
T- Sweet honey malts upfront, quite sweet overall. Fruity and flowery notes on the back of things as the smell suggested. Finishes with a light touch of refreshing citric bitterness
M- Easy light body, medium carbonation brings a soft texture on the palate. A bit too watery in my opinion
O- A nice simple beer, enjoyable and quite refreshing but not really interesting. Does not seem to have much character

Opalescent golden appearance. Beautiful, white foam. Some floating things.
Maltin the smell, white flowers, white fruitiness, a good grassy, fresh hop. Light citrus notes.
The same notes in the taste, maybe some more camomile.
Very fresh, white flowers, camomile, white peach,
Delicate, drinkable, and pleasant. Floral and citrussy more evident in the aftertaste, along with a light peppery note.
Quite short aftrtaste, but still very fresh. Light to average body.
