Clear golden amber brew with an abundant white foam in the Affligem chalice. Hops are listed as cryo Citra, cryo Equinot, Denali, and Mosaic. Brewed with Pilsner malt with rye. Aroma of citrus and fermenting pineapple. Pleasing sudsy mouthfeel and a sturdy, malty body.
Moderately sweet. Flavors of over ripe melon, green pepper. It's fruity with something like corn husks and orange squash in the finish. This is a bold and hoppy brew with an interesting mix off the big hop menu. From the 22 oz bottle purchased at Barons Market in San Diego.
