Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewing Co pint glass
A: Pours slightly hazy golden amber with a frothy off white head that dissipates relatively quickly and leaves a few spots of lacing.
S: Zesty citrus, mild tartness, coriander, slight herbal notes, a touch of salt, twangy wheat, biscuity malt, and a little almost agave like sweetness.
T: Pleasantly tart, zesty citrus, lots of lime plus a little lemon and tangerine, coriander spice, a touch of ginger, herbal notes, a hint of salt, biscuity malt, twangy wheat, and agave like sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderately lively carbonation.
O: The use of coriander and ginger add the perfect compliment to all the citrus. Wouldn't mind the body just a touch lighter, but overall a really solid margarita inspired beer.
