Beer is an experiment and we think the more experiments you do the better. In this bubbly concoction, the malts and hops change everytime but the potency stays at a brilliantly mad 7%. 16oz can with no visible dating on it. Opened 1-26-20.
3/4" white head, decent retention down to 1/4". Pale golden body with what seems to be more of a chill haze than a "hazy" haze. Lacing is a beauty.
Citrus, white grape brightness, peach, lime, melon. Not getting any notable malt character in the aroma, hop is dominant.
Peach, pear juice, apple skin, melon and a hint of weeds and/or pine. Zesty. A lot of flavors produced from one hop (if it is indeed 100% Rakau?)...tasty IPA.
Bright entry, a little less than medium body. Appropriate carbonation. Medium length finish and dry.
Very good.
