Every Spring, when the snow melts, we await the rising waters. On big snowpack years, the rivers can swell to impressive levels. We call this event Big Water. Made w/ copious amounts of Citra, Mosaic & Nectaron, this beer celebrates those few days when it seems like all of the water in the mountains comes crashing for our personal enjoyment. When it's all over, we ride the stoke into the following season, always looking forward to that next taste of Big Water.

What happens when you mix Lizzo, a Doily, Veronica Lake after getting her hair freshly pressed, and Tahiti? Big Water of course. Now, you might wonder if that is a good thing or not. Well, it is… and it isn’t. I mean, the beer is large and in charge like Lizzo, then it’s delicate like one of your grandma’s doily’s, with that it has finesse Lake Veronica Lake with her Peek-a-boo hair cut, but in the end, the Nectaron is a lil too big and tropical to me. You guessed it, like Tahiti. Kern know what they are doing. They slay. But I’m just not a fan of Nectaron. It’s like, hey, people like tropical IPA’s, right? So let’s just toss some Nectaron in - which is just a lil too overpowering for the Raul man. It borders on tasting Tang-like juicy to me.

Vavoom.

Clear yellow-gold with a lumpy white foam head of moderately short height.

A smoothly delicate bitterness consisting of a nice evergreen and citrus combo comes to a paper dry finish. A touch of tropical notes and toasty seeds also emerge in subsequent sips.
