Original and delicate. A nice variation...

Draught @ Hayseed: This one pours a hazy golden color. There was a small white head that left some lacing. It has a nice nose. A subdued but fair amount of hops. Earthy, floral, some wheat with some other fruit notes and malts. The taste is very good. Just a minor hop bite to it. Subtle lighter fruits, malts, earthy and floral. Maybe a hint of ginger and pear. Nice

From the bottle, it pours a slightly hazy golden amber with a moderate head (very small for a weissbier), which reduces quickly - but doesn't vanish. Expected wheatbier nose, with a bit of extra hops in there. Not an overly strong Hoppy Wheat, but enjoyable. I can't see where the "Dirty" (schmutzig translated to English) aspect comes in, however....

Billed as a hybrid hoppy hefe/IPA
A: Pours a cloudy golden yellow color with 2 fingers of head that slowly fades down to a nice cap that leaves decent lacing
S: Belgian yeast, wheat, clove, a bit of banana, and fruity esters all come through. Very hefe-like in the nose. Not much of the IPA part
T: The hops definitely show up here and starts things off. A bit citrusy and yeasty, with notes of estery fruit and spices followed by a mellow bitterness. Clove and banana come through towards the back, keeping with the hefe theme. Finishes with more estery fruitiness and spicy notes as well as lingering bitterness
M: Light-medium bodied with moderate carbonation. A little chalky
O: Definitely interesting and experimental. While lacking with any IPA nod in the nose, it is quite the hybrid in the taste. It works for what they were going for, but probably won't catch on as a style any time soon (although it is close to the Belgian IPA). Worth trying for the unique aspects alone

Whoa. The hops say IPA, but that's a mild undertone under what's otherwise a hefeweizen. Recommended.
Side note: would drink again. And again and again and again.
