Presentation: 12 oz bottle with a farmer's torso in denim. His hand clutches some wheat shafts and there's a bottle opener in his overall pocket.
Appearance: Cloudy, unfiltered, yellow/orange colour. Thin ring of white lace for a head.
Smell: Fruity with a fermented wheat aroma. Very sweet.
Taste: Dry wheat malt with slight diacetyl. A bit tart and fruity.
Notes: This is not a traditional crisp American wheat. More like a wheat "ale", as opposed to the hefe-weizen style. This was a good brew, but we are not sure the world is ready for it yet.
