No bottling date spied but this came out pretty recently.
A: Pours a clear amber with a big fluffy white head. Head is very fizzy and dissipates quickly. No lacing whatsoever.
S: Big ginger aroma. On the sweet side with a bit of vegetal pepper.
T: Huh, vegetal pepper right up front and then some ginger kicking in. Sweeter malt base with chili pepper heat on the back end.
M: Light bodied, spicy.
O: Well, first time I've ever had a ginger beer with chili peppers. It has good vegetal pepper flavor and quite a decent bit of heat on the back end. Really spices it up (no pun intended). Yum.

Bottle from the Brewery
Slightly chill hazed light golden color with a smallish bubbly white head. Huge ginger on the nose with a faint earthy spiciness and some sweet bready malt underneath. Ginger flavor up front with a sweet maltiness midway through. Light earthy flavor that segue's into a light peppery flavor than a light heat that build a little into the finish. I'm not usually a fan of beer with ginger but this one is quite well done. I think they should release a version of this beer without the ginger and call it Mary Ann.
