On-cask at Hayseed. Pour is a cloudy pale yellow with a tight, half inch, bright white head. Nose is very mild - light with some lemony notes. Taste consistent with nose - delicate and delicious. The wood adds just the subtlest of undertones. Mouthfeel is light in body and smooth and creamy in texture. What a lovely real ale. Amazing drinkable - I would have LOVED to have seen this a NERAX as it would have stolen the session for me.
