Good starting head which leaves a few streaks on the glass. The color is light amber and clear.
Sweet, caramel aroma. Little hop.
Less caramel and more stone fruit on the taste...still sweet with no notable hop. Decent body with a diminished effervescence.

Had a tulip of this the other day at Hayseed...
It was a clear, deep copper colored brew. Had scattered carbo and thin, wispy, edge-clinging foam, with minimal lace. Aroma was odd in that it was OFest bready yet had winey notes. Body was medium, and the feel was light on the prickle.
Taste started bready and toasty, like a typical Märzen should. Then the red-wine notes come into play, making for quite the different pairing of flavors. The finish was dry, with some subtle spicy hop action. An interesting and tasty offering. Prosit!
