Can from the Lazy Dog
Hazy orange lemon in color with a huge tightly bubbled off white head that slowly recedes. Serious carbonation here. Lemony sweet pitted fruit with a hint of spice. Light astringency light chalkiness.

Canned on 11/14/18, “FEE-FI-YUM-PLUM”.
Pours a hazy rosé pink color; with a white, frothy head that rises to a finger above the beer but retracts quickly. Not much of any residual lace.
I let this open up for a few minutes, and after that the nose is almost all plums. It’s sweet and mildly tart, with undertones of strawberries and other wild berry varieties ringing true as well. Not much of any hint of cinnamon so far.
The plum again hits immediately on the palate, subtle but tart and fruit-forward. The cinnamon is present but very soft and combining with the stone fruit to give an almost cobbler-like quality. It has that autumnal warmth to it, but overall the cinnamon is subtle and this is mostly just a tasty plum sour.
Light-bodied, with low, seltzery carb. No residual stickiness, just a clean finish on this.

Lovely purple red body, pale and hazy, with minimal head and lacing. Nose is typical funky hit. Flavor is restrained sourness and bright fruit, the finish hinting cinnamon. Feel is moderately soft, and pleasant. I enjoyed it. Quite a bit.
