INDIA PALE ALE BREWED WITH TANGERINES
Tired of the same old IPA flavor profile? Take your taste buds on a tropical two-step with Tangerine Tango, a refreshing, fruity India Pale Ale that’s brand new to the Smuttlabs lineup — but only available for a limited time.
Bursting with lush aroma and a smooth mouthfeel from the addition of whole tangerine purée, this bright, golden ale is the perfect partner for anyone looking to spin their way into a bold new hop-forward beer experience. High on flavor with a modest ABV, Tangerine Tango pairs best with a killer soundtrack and not a care in the world.
Malts: 2 Row, White Wheat, Flaked Oats, Carapils
Hops: CTZ, Saphir, Mandarina Bavaria
Yeast: Chico
Mojo: Tangerine Puree

Can from Bert's
Lightly hazy light gold in color with a thin bubbly white head that dissipates fairly quickly. Huge tangerine aroma and flavor with bits of bready maltiness. Light earthy hop but pretty much all tangerine.

Canned 06/27/19, "IT TAKES TWO..."
Golden orange coloration, no haze to this one. The beer is poured cold, preventing too much head from forming above the beer. Not much of any residual rings of lace.
Definitely a ton of tangerine on the nose. Bright, fruity, and with an authentic, zesty citrus aroma. Not too much else in terms of other additions of hop presence.
Again, lots of tangerine, but this time with the hops playing their part nicely on the palate. Bitter, but not overly so. An initial floral punch quickly fades to the background, and although the overall flavor profile fizzles out a little quickly, what you do get is really refreshing. A very easy-drinking IPA that gives you exactly what it advertises.
Light-bodied for the style, with a medium carbonation that isn't in any way overpowering. No lingering bitterness or resiny coating left behind. Finishes very clean.

Great beer, more fruity than hoppy, not complaining about that though still good hop flavor
