Poured into a narrow imperial pint glass: color is hazy straw, head is off white with fine bubbles, head presents 1 finger thick then dissipates to a solid 1/4 inch top, lacing on the glass sides.
Smell is subdued, some light neutral malt, light biscuit, then muddled hop aroma with citrus pith, earth, light pine.
Taste is similar with neutral base malt, maybe some biscuit like sweetness, hops are citrus pith, earth, pine, maybe light tropicals but that seems aged.
Mouthfeel is low carbonation, moderate sweetness, lower bitterness, more of dry hop feel with a softer maltiness.
Overall a mixed result to me - hops are aged maybe that lessens the freshness but the grain/hop profile is not quite imperial ipa not quite hazy/neipa, i think the hops would work better with a cleaner grain bill or the hops need some depth to complement the more hazy like grain bill.
