The appearance is a hazy, murky looking light amber-yellow underneath a lasting foamy white head. It looks the part.
The aroma is bright with grapefruit, pineapple, lemon zest, and a lower profile white bread.
Smooth medium mouthfeel. Chewy almost.
The taste is sweet and bready to begin and then it evolves into a juicy, citrusy, and lemony hop character that lingers briefly at the end. It held its own well for being 6 months old.
