Smuttynose Sour beers elegantly combine the art and science of brewing. We use only real fruit to create the complex all-natural aromas and flavors while optimizing our favorite lactobacillus and yeast cultures to produce the clean, complex sour and slightly fruity character.

12 oz slim can poured into a snifter. Pours a light purple with a moderate off-white head. Some visible particles suspended in the beer. Aroma and flavor feature slightly tart blackberry with some wheat. Not complex, but decent enough for a summer sipper.
