Properly cloudy for a true cask conditioned beer. I'd describe the color as a whitish, dirty gold. Modest but very stable head. The blanket of lace slowly slides down the glass leaving none.
More floral citrusy, but I do detect some grapefruit rind. Fresh.
Served between 50 and 60 degrees, nice. Starts with a soft pale malt touch (the body is similar to skim milk). The bittering hop takes over and never relinquishes its hold, leaving a long hop-pellet like aftertaste. A superior IPA, hopheads will truly enjoy this offering.
