Purchased in a clearance sale at the LCBO for a great price of $4.50 for a 750ml bottle. Served at 4deg C in a tulip

A- Swing top opens well and pours a 2" high white head that stays forever! Super dark gold color and unfiltered

S- A ton of malt. WOW this one is sweet

T- Very nice soft hop blend. Think this is an older bottle as the hops are seriously subdued. Oodles of malt and sugar. Touch of coriander

M- Dry and creamy. Very nice overall

O- Very nice little blend. It may be old but the flavor is there. The price was incredible and would buy again

Food Pairing

This nice little brew went well with...... Spicy Pad Thai. This beer bit right through the spiciness of the Pad Thai
