The beer is clouded, straw/yellow colored, a white head - little lacing.

Typical wheat beer, fruity, lemon and peach, spicy, clove.

Rather sweet, ripe passion fruit, but also spices like cumin and coriander,

Little carbonation, fresh and smooth.

Not bad as a lemonade replacement.

Spent a couple days in Montreal, so was able to try all 4 of their beers.
It has a typical witbier appearance. Clooudy yellow, bright white head and lace. Smells of spices and banana. Typical wit flavors, wheat, some banana, clove. i found it a bit more spicy than Hoegaarden. Medium bodied, smooth and creamy, nice dry finish. Solid example of the stlye.

Appearance- It is nice cloudy yellow. Great head and lace.

Smell- Spicy and banana like subtle clove tones.

Taste- A good example of a wheat bear. Spicey and a little bread like.

Mouthfeel- Creamy medium bodied and smooth. A lot of carbonation bite.

Drinkability- Nice beer for just hanging out.

Poured a cloudy light yellow in color--with a damn lemon on the glass. Fluffy head that dissolved completely. Nose was predominantly actual lemon thanks to the real lemon. Flavor was loaded with wheat and just had some hints of cloves around the edges. Lemon was not so strong in the flavor. Full body but it was perhaps kind of watery. Best beer I had at this brewpub but not something I will go back to have another.
