Nice look, beautiful personality.
Malty and not very sweet, the blonde presents in the mouth seductive fruity notes. The use of traditional hops brings a subtle and pleasant bitterness.

Serving Type: 32 oz. Draught
L- Pours a slightly hazy Golden Yellow topped by a healthy 1 1/2 finger white foamy head. Decent enough retention and lots of thick lacing.
S- Slightly sweet aroma of grain and a slight hint of yeast.
T- Again, slightly sweet grain, a hint of yeast, and a slightly "dank" bitterness. Reminds me a lot of the flavour one would get from Saaz, but I have a feeling that it's not that.
F- Solid medium body and moderate carbonation. Hearty enough to be substantial but not heavy by any means. Was perfect for drinking on a patio in the Montreal sunshine!
O- Excellent Pale Ale that drinks and tastes fairly similar to a Czech Pilsener, but with a more substantial body. Great stuff!

Draft: Poured a light clear blonde color ale. Aroma of light cereal notes with hints of residual sugar notes. Taste is a mix of clean cereal notes with light residual sugar notes. Body is light with OK carbonation. Nothing earth shattering but enjoyable clean cereal based blonde ale.

Les 3 Brasseurs from St Denis
So the look of it: Clear yellow golden. with medium carbonation
The smell of it: Malt, sweetness on the light side
The taste of it: Sweet Malt, with a feel of light fruit. Very nice mouthfeel goes down easily.
So overall would I recommend it ? For sure, you are in Montreal and wanna drink a nice well made beer in a bar, this is the one! The one

On-tap at the brewery in São Paulo. On to the beer:
A bone white head caps this blonde colored beer. The lacing provided by the head gives a wonderful show to the eye. The aroma smells fine, bringing banana, vague yeast, nuttiness. At times, I thought I was smelling a hefeweizen. Don't jump to conclusions though, as this beer comes back to being a Belgian blonde. There is some clove, honey, and some stink from the hops, making me wonder if the hops had a rough journey to South America. The beer is light and somewhat creamy, but overall is a mediocre beer.
