Slightly over-carbonated. Bit off more than I could chew ordering a pint of this with a full meal. Very, very tasty amber. Upfront, lots of beautiful spices, and a light smokey flavor. Relatively tame bitterness, for a muted and delightful finish. Overall, phenomenal beer, even if personally I struggled to finish it after a full meal, due to how surprisingly dense it is in flavor for a (relatively) low ABV amber.

Pours a clear, deep copper with and inch and a half off white head that was well retained and left moderate lacing. Smells predominately of sweet, lightly roasted malts. Tastes of caramel, lightly roasted malts, a mild hop flavor, a bit of Belgian yeast and a mild floral presence. Finishes with a ver mild bitterness, light bodied, medium carbonation.
