A-Poured a clear, rich golden-amber with a thin, dense head w/fair retention.
S-Aroma is of light Belgian yeast, with notes of spice, clove, and sulfur/gunpowder. Fair amount of fresh malt, faint fruit esters, and hops.
T-Light fruit and malt upfront with midpalate opening up spiciness and sulfur. The finish is strong in bitter hops, cleansing the palate nicely.
M-Light-medium bodied w/even balance and moderate carbonation. Like some other styles at this brewery, strong on spice.
D-Easy to drink. Hops and spice dominate, but I enjoyed it.
