We ordered this 750ml bottle at Les 3 Brasseurs in Vieux Port location in Montreal. I think it was $11 CAD. Poured into chalice a honey syrup brown, with lots of froathy head. Smells sweet slightly belgian yeasts. Taste is very very mild belgian, a bit sweet and malty. Its way to carbonated for me. It says it is made with a lot of maple syrup, and you can taste it, but its all a bit mild. While its not spectacular, its a decent brew to try at this otherwise run of the mill brew pub.

From notes
Ordered this 750ml bottle at Les 3 Brasseurs on Crescent St. in Montreal.
A - Cloudy reddish amber body. Nice frothy head.
S - Yeast, toasted malts, caramel, toffee, a bit of apple and cherry. Smells rather similar to their Amber beer.
T - Starts out yeasty and fruity, with a very solic caramel malt backbone, with a hint of maple syrup. Then I got hints of banana, clove, and apple. Medium level of sweetness.
M - Medium body; high level of carbonation. Not boozy and slightly peppery. Feels pretty good.
O - This was quite interesting to try, and I'd recommend it. However, considering I paid over $13 for it, it's not necessarily a must-try beer.

The brew is hazy amber orange, an off-white small head with little lacing and some curtains.
The smell is sweet honey and syrup, then red apple fruitiness,
Upfront some sweet sugar and white bread nuances, then bitter oranges and a chemical sourness, orange peel and a raw metallic bitterness.
Medium carbonation, a coarse texture, a dry short twang.
Uneven, a sharp sourness, and offending bitterness. Not my cup of tea.

Had an opportunity to drink a large, bottle conditioned (corked) cold one at the Brew Pub -- Les 3 Brasseurs
A) The beer was extremely lively. Foamed over despite angling the glass (literally) on it's side. For this reason, the pour resulted in a whopping head that took some time to dissipate. Once settled, its appearance was quite nice -- a cloudy, amber color with fine lacy carbonation.
S) A wonderful sweet pastry and dark fruit bomb. You can smell the maple.
T) Nutty, dark fruits and ginger bread. A bit too sweet for my taste.
M) Equal to its appearance, the beer was very lively with abundant carbonation.
D) My wife and I enjoyed this beer and felt it was a good effort.
Please note: My review would have afforded higher marks had
the beer not been so heavily carbonated. This could have been the result of how the beer was handled. Then again, we were at the brewer's pub.

Sampled at Les 3 Brasseurs Quartier Dix30.
This is a Belgian inspired ale flavored with maple syrup made exclusively for the Quebec restaurants (hence the name which is an nickname often given to our province).
Paired with an entree of garlic bread and a steak sandwich as a main course and shared with my wife.
Poured from a 750ml. bottle.
Appearance: An amber-orange body with a thick, white head and a fair amount of carbonation.
Smell: Some malt with a light sweetness. No maple syrup aroma.
Taste: Slight roasted malt with a bitter finish, some caramel maybe but still no sign of the maple syrup.
Mouthfeel: Better than the initial taste with a slight, shy sweetness. As it warms, the elusive maple comes out a little. A bit thin but i can taste the hops finish with it's bitterness. Maple kind of an aftertaste only. There's also a taste reminiscent of nuts.
Drinkability: No complaints, easy to drink. A bit average but has just enough taste.
Overall: I would never had guessed that maple syrup was present in this beer if i didn't know beforehand. I rated it lower because the maple flavour barely made an impression and i wouldn't have been able to put my finger on it without knowing about it. That said, i still enjoyed it because it did have some character and i think it's their best offering IMO. Still, at 11.45$/750ml. bottle, it's a bit pricey.
