Guinness - like in appearance. The very dense, persistent tan head leaves an excellent lace. Aroma is very mild; just a hint of coffee - like roasted barley. Flavor is dominated by chocolate malt & roasted grain bitterness. Flavorful, but light bodywise (a touch richer than Guinness) Finishes dry & sharply bitter from the roasted grain. A tasty but not outstanding dry stout.
