LOOK - really clear and pale yellow - super foamy (bubbles look like frothy dish soap) - great retention
SMELL - powerful hops: pine, citrus - some cracker, malt, and biscuit - slightly catty
TASTE - strong bitterness for a Pale - pine, cattiness, and some citrus rush in - the beer has a slight sweetness for a bit, but does a U-Turn right back to dry and some bitterness - nice woodsy almost smokey aftertaste
FEEL - nice medium body - great carbonation throughout
OVERALL - a very enjoyable beer - nice punch of hops (maybe a bit too bitter for a Pale Ale) - this one dances on the edge between IPA and Pales - would buy again for sure
