Belgian Darks offer a massive range of characters. Red Rock's version was a collaboration with Chris McCombs (a former Red Rock brewwer) and the Red Rock team. Dark brown, unfiltered with a big malt presence. Phenolic, spicy aroma, soft and malty. A unique Belgian yeast strain is used.
