Belgian white ales are very pale in color. Brewed with malted wheat and unmalted wheat barley, and is spiced with coriander and orange peel. Spiciness and yeast flavors are evident. Hopped with Noble Hops with low hop bitterness and little apparent hop flavor. A very refreshing seasonal summertime slammer.

Had this at the Downtown location. Received in a pint glass.
4.0 A: Well hazed bright yellow color. Came with a small head, but lots of lacing is left.
4.0 S: Big earthiness with a light herbal component. Good amount of corriander, neutral wheat, and a light pepperiness. Clean without off flavors. Quite solid.
3.5 T: Corriander, wheat, light pepper. Well brewed, but hard to distinguish from other solid wits.
3.5 M: Medium body. Well carbonated near the upper end of the style. Lightly bity. Otherwise, good here.
3.5 D: Good flavors and solid all around.

Pours a cloudy pale yellow color, nice carbonation, nice little creamy white head, with some nice sticky lacing left behind. The nose is malty with plenty of yeast, grassy, corinader, with slight bannanas. The taste is malty with some yeast, and grassy. Nice notes of corinader, bannanas. Medium body. Drinkable, Not bad wit at all.
