Red Rock's Honey Wheat is light bodied, straw in color, and exceptionally refreshing to the taste. The addition of honey creates the right balance with the malt flavor for a mild and crisp finish. You’ll find that Honey Wheat goes well with almost any dish.

@ Beerhive Salt Lake City

Clear yellow with no lasting foam to speak of. Smells like cereal grains and a light smattering of honey. Tastes pretty much like it smells although the malt is less granular and more of a standard golden ale type. Body is pretty good for 4%.

Exactly what I was in the mood for after crushing Mt. Olympus with my puny New England lungs.

pours a watery yellow color with almost no head, just some white foam. smells like pale malts and a touch of sweetness from the honey. flavor is way too light, but there is potential here. theres some fresh honey characteristics and a pleasant wheat malt flavor, but its really watered down. feel is the epitome of light, could hammer these all day. the carbonation is perhaps underdone, and im not too inspired. however, if it got beefed up in the same proportions i think it might be an excellent beer. the watery feel and flavor really kill this one for me.

Stopped by Red Rock brewery in downtown Salt Lake. Nice place that was relaxing

Beer: Yellow light in color with lots of carbonization. White ring around the top with spider legs on the glass. Lots of carbonization bubbles coming up. at first glance looks like champaign...

very little smell at all. If I had to say there was any it was a little fruity...

Taste is fairly clear....wheat yes....Honey yes...fruit yes. Lots of carbon...

Really low in flavor but not bad considering 3.5 percent.

I want to give this beer a higher rating but the carbonization / low flavor is bringing it down..

Pours a nice clean/clear golden yellow color, some carbonation, not much of a head, but what is there is white, not much sticky lacing either. The nose is malty with slight hops and grassyness. The taste is malty, slightl hoppy and grassy. Light body. The finish is slightly dry/bitter. Would not buy this one again, pretty bland.

This beer came off the tap a pale yellow color, almost too pale. 1 finger of head fell to coat the beer and there was good lacing. The nose had definate notes of honey with a good balance of wheat in the background. The taste was a bit weak, with hints of the honey and a lot of the wheat character. The beer is light and bubbly, thin and a nice offering. The drinkability is also okay. Its a good summer beer in my opinion.

This brew presented with a light malt aroma and very light body. There was almost no honey sweetness in the initial tasting. There was a nice bit of pure honey sweetness in the finish. The brew is a bit over hopped when comparing the malt and hop profiles.
