This dark ale is a little brother of stout. Roast, pale and black malts come together in this session black beer.

Dark Red color. Small head. Aroma is malty and sweet. A full bodied "irish-style" amber ale. Roasted malts, chocolate and caramel. Not very hoppy. Full flavored. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

This brew presents with a very small bit of smoky malt aroma and a deep red-brown color. The malt and hop characteristics are light and unimpressive. This beer is an average attempt at what could be a flavorful brew.
