Last beer to try at Desert Edge...was the Munich Lager. The color is clear and golden with nice white foam head. The scent has malt and grain. The taste is very smooth with decent balance between malt and grain with hint of sweetness. Its not the best lagar I have ever had...but its not bad either. Definitely worth a taste.

This is my favorite beer. It pours a transparent golden amber color with head that sits just over the top of the beer. The nose is full of sweet caramel. The flavor on this lager is simply amazing. There is a lot of sweet caramel. The feel was moderately thick with not a whole lot of carbonation. Overall, perfect thickness and feel.

A - Pours a amber color, some carbonation, huge head, and some awesome lacing throughout the drink.
S - Scents of sweet malts, and yeast, under tone of caramel.
T - The taste is of sweet malts, with a nice dry/clean finish.
M - Medium body.
D - Very drinkable. This brew surprised me the most today, very tasty and highly recommended.

This beer poured a transparent golden amber color with head that sat just over the top of the beer. The nose was full of sweet caramel. Not bad at all. The flavor on this lager was better than expected. There was a lot of sweet caramel that did well to hid the lager flavors I don't like. The feel was moderately thick with not a whole lot of carbonation. Overall a good thickness and good feel. When taken as a whole, the sum is more than the parts. This was not a bad beer at all.
